Any stack
We build on the stack that fits the job: React, Node.js, Python, .NET, React Native, Flutter, AWS and Azure. When Zoho is the right platform you get an Advanced Zoho Partner. Either way, one team and one accountable developer.
CRMs, ERPs, customer portals and internal tools, built to fit your process instead of bending it.
APIs we build and APIs we connect: Salesforce, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Shopify, Microsoft 365, Zoho and anything with an endpoint.
Claude, OpenAI and Zia: agents that use your tools, answer from your documents and wait for a human where it matters.
iOS and Android apps in React Native or Flutter for field teams and customers, offline-first and wired to your back office.
AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, PostgreSQL and SQL Server, hosted, monitored and backed up properly.
Not on Zoho at all? That is fine. Tell us what you run and what it should do.
See all 15 services Describe your stackAPI integrations, live
A real integration is more than a connector. Signed webhooks, OAuth, idempotent upserts, rate limits and retries are what keep two systems agreeing at 2 a.m. Pick an event and follow it end to end.
Animated example with illustrative sample data. An incoming webhook from Shopify, Stripe or a website form reaches the integration layer, which verifies its signature, checks the idempotency key, maps the fields and upserts the record into Zoho CRM, Salesforce or QuickBooks over OAuth 2.0. One call is rate limited with HTTP 429 and succeeds after retries with exponential backoff. Slack gets a notification and every call is logged to PostgreSQL. A console shows each request and response.

When Zoho fits
When Zoho is the right platform, you get an Advanced Zoho Partner that does not learn an app on your project, connected to everything else you run.

Zoho or custom
Some systems belong on Zoho, some are better built custom, and most businesses run a mix. You get one team that is fluent in both, so the answer is never “whatever we happen to sell”.

What we do
Custom-built on any stack, or on Zoho when it is the right fit: we pick the platform after we understand the problem, not before. Open any service to see how we approach it and what it usually includes.
CRMs and ERPs built around how you sell and operate: fully custom, on Zoho, or extending what you already run.
Internal tools, platforms and business systems in React, Node.js, Python or .NET, maintained for years.
Agents that draft, extract, triage and take action inside your systems, with human approval where it matters.
Secure portals for clients, vendors and staff: documents, payments, requests and dashboards.
iOS and Android apps for field teams and customers, offline-first and connected to your systems.
We build APIs and connect anything: Salesforce, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Shopify, Microsoft 365, Zoho.
Approvals, syncs, alerts and scheduled jobs that run around the clock, on any stack.
Off spreadsheets, Access and aging servers, or between platforms, with clean data and no downtime.
Dashboards and automated reports your leadership will actually read.
Advanced Zoho Partner: Zoho One, CRM, Creator, Books and Desk, planned, migrated and adopted.
Help centers, SLAs and ticket automation on Zendesk, Zoho Desk or a custom build.
Billing and accounting integrations with QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite or Zoho Books.
Lead capture, scoring and nurture on HubSpot, Mailchimp, Klaviyo or Zoho Campaigns.
Fast, modern sites in custom code, with forms, booking and CRM integration. This site is one.

Monthly retainer
For small businesses that need steady support and maintenance. The bigger your monthly block, the lower the rate, and unused hours roll over with no expiry.
$1,050/month

Save $200–$700 a month vs project rates
Project-based
Pay by the hour for one defined piece of work. It is our highest rate per hour, and the easiest way to see how we work before you commit to anything.
$125–$175/hourSometimes lower
What sets your rate
Most clients move to a plan after their first project and pay less per hour from then on.
Side by side
Lots of ideas, several needs, ongoing training and support, or a long, complex project? Take a retainer or Premium: it costs less and moves faster than one-off projects.

|---|---|---|---|
| Billing | $2,500–$6,000 a month, fixed | Prepaid hours, $120 down to $75/hr | $125–$175 per hour |
| Best for | Companies of 10+ with complex systems | Small businesses needing support and maintenance | One defined build, or a first project |
| Priority and response | Top priority. Same business day, critical issues within about 4 hours | Within 24 business hours | Within 48 business hours |

| Ideal next step | Pick your block of hours | Request a quote |
Questions
Never. Unused hours roll over to next month's bucket indefinitely. Some clients let their hours build up for six months or more, then spend them on a bigger development project.
None of our plans requires a contract. If you are not happy, you can cancel any time. We would rather earn your business every month than lock you in.
Everything your systems need, for one fixed fee of $2,500 to $6,000 a month: new development, integrations, automation, maintenance and support, plus remote IT for your team. Premium clients come first over every other plan and project, with same-business-day responses and critical issues handled as fast as possible, usually within 4 hours.
Remote IT, as part of the partnership: domains and DNS, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration (users, licences, MFA and security settings), business email setup and deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), website hosting, SSL and maintenance, remote support for your staff, onboarding and offboarding, backups, software and vendor management, basic security reviews and IT documentation.
Projects are billed by the hour, usually $125 to $175 and sometimes lower. The rate depends on the size of the project and its hours, its complexity and challenges, whether you use Zoho, and how many Zoho licences you have. You get the rate and an hour estimate before we start.
Yes, any time. Most clients start with a project, then move to a retainer or Premium once they have seen how we work, and pay less per hour from then on. Moving up or down is a conversation, never a penalty.
Premium is our top priority: same business day, and critical issues as fast as possible, usually within 4 hours. Retainer clients hear back within 24 business hours, and project clients within 48 business hours.
A company of 10 or more with complex systems and ongoing work gets the most from Premium. A small business that needs steady support and maintenance fits a retainer. A one-off job with a fixed scope, or a first project to try us, fits project-based work. If you have many ideas, several needs or a long project, a retainer or Premium will cost you less.
A free 30-minute call with a developer, not a salesperson. We look at what you need, tell you which plan fits and roughly what it costs. No contract, no pressure.

Before you ask
If yours is not here, it is a good reason to .
No. We take on anything from a single broken workflow to a full custom CRM, mobile app or Zoho One rollout. Small fixes are usually billed by the hour; larger work gets a defined scope and a fixed quote.
Two ways: a project quote for a defined scope, or a monthly plan of hours for support and ongoing improvements. You see the number before any work starts, and no contract locks you in. Current rates are on the pricing page.
Yes. We work under a simple agreement and an NDA that protects both sides. Send yours before the first call if you prefer, or we can provide ours.
Yes. Most of what we build is not tied to one vendor: custom CRMs and ERPs, portals, mobile apps, APIs, AI agents and automations on the stack that fits your business. We recommend Zoho only when it is genuinely the best option for you.
No. We work inside your existing Zoho organization, keep what works and fix what does not. You keep full ownership and admin access at all times.
Yes. Our clients are spread across the United States and we work with them remotely every day. On-site visits are available for larger rollouts and training.
Nothing formal. A sentence or two on what you do, which systems you use today (Zoho, Microsoft, Salesforce, spreadsheets, anything) and the one thing you wish worked better.
It costs nothing and changes nothing in your billing. You get priority support from a partner who knows your setup and can raise issues with Zoho on your behalf.
Thirty minutes, no pitch deck, a developer on the line. If it is not a fit, you will still leave knowing what to do next.

What it is worth
Move the sliders to your numbers. It is an estimate: every pilot starts with a baseline week, and the numbers you see afterwards are measured on your own work.
About a quarter of a full-time role, or $20,160 a year.
Use cases by industry
Every use case runs inside the tools your team already opens each morning: Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Zoho or your own apps.
Leads, leases and tenants, without the inbox owning your day.
A chat on your listings portal answers availability, pet policy and lease terms from your own listings, then books the showing into HubSpot.
Assistant in a portalUploaded IDs, pay stubs and signed leases are read with OCR, extracted into Creator and flagged when a page is missing.
Document intakeCRM scores tenants and buyers by engagement and drafts the follow-up in your tone. The agent reviews, then sends.
Human-in-the-loopFuller schedules and less paperwork, designed with patient privacy in mind.
Appointment history scores each visit for no-show risk, so SMS reminders and waitlist offers go where they change the outcome.
Background automationDigital intake forms are summarized into a short, structured note on the patient record before the provider walks in.
Document intakeDesk sorts scheduling, billing and records requests, suggests an answer from your policies and routes the rest to the right person.
Human-in-the-loopAnswer faster, stock smarter, hear what customers are actually saying.
An assistant on your Shopify store answers order status, sizing and returns from live order data and your policy pages, and hands off to Zendesk with the full context.
Retrieval over your dataOrder history and seasonality become a reorder suggestion per SKU in Analytics, reviewed by the buyer before a PO is raised.
Human-in-the-loopEvery review and ticket is scored and themed. Unhappy customers become a CRM task the same day, not a churn statistic next quarter.
Background automationMore billable hours, fewer evenings writing proposals.
Discovery notes on the CRM deal become a structured proposal in Writer, in your voice and your pricing model, ready for edits.
Human-in-the-loopTeams call transcripts become a summary, next steps and owners on the Salesforce opportunity, plus a drafted recap email for the client.
Background automationBefore a Sign envelope goes out, the agreement is checked against your standard terms and the deviations are listed for you.
Retrieval over your documentsCatch the failure, the quote and the defect before they cost you a shift.
Machine logs and maintenance records in Creator feed a model that flags equipment drifting toward failure and opens the work order.
Background automationQuotes arriving in Outlook are read, line items extracted and matched to NetSuite items, with price changes highlighted.
Document intakeDefect reports with photos are classified by type and line, routed to the right engineer and trended over time.
Human-in-the-loopField information into the office record, the same day.
A foreman's photo and voice note in the field app become a structured change order in Creator, priced from your rate sheet and sent for approval.
Human-in-the-loopLong spec documents and RFIs are summarized and linked to the right task in Projects, with open questions listed.
Retrieval over your documentsInvoices are extracted into QuickBooks Online and matched to the PO and lien waiver status, so payables only sees the exceptions.
Document intakeEnrollment that answers at 10 pm and an admissions team that starts the day with a ranked list.
Prospective students ask about programs, tuition and deadlines on your admissions portal and get answers from your catalog, with the conversation saved to Salesforce.
Assistant in a portalTranscripts, IDs and recommendation letters are read into the application record with a completeness check per applicant.
Document intakeInquiries are scored for fit and intent, and a personal reply is drafted for the counsellor to approve.
Human-in-the-loopEvery guest in their language, every review turned into something you can act on.
Messages by SMS, WhatsApp or web chat arrive in any language, are answered in the guest's language, and logged in English in Zendesk for the team.
Assistant in a portalReviews across platforms are scored and grouped by theme, per location, so "slow breakfast service" shows up as a trend, not a feeling.
Background automationEvent requests become a CRM deal with a drafted proposal based on your packages and availability, for the sales manager to finish.
Human-in-the-loopBetter routes, fewer paper trails, exceptions handled before the customer calls.
Jobs, driver hours and time windows become a suggested daily plan in your dispatch app. The dispatcher adjusts it, then it lands on each driver's phone.
Human-in-the-loopScanned BOLs and signed PODs are extracted, matched to the shipment and pushed to Books so invoicing does not wait for the paperwork.
Document intakeLate, damaged and missing shipment tickets are classified, prioritized by customer and SLA, and answered with a drafted status update.
Background automationFaster first reads, cleaner intake, answers from your own matter files.
Incoming agreements are compared with your standard positions and the deviations, missing clauses and risky language are listed for the attorney.
Retrieval over your documentsIntake forms and the first call become a matter summary and a conflict-check list of parties, ready for review.
Human-in-the-loopStaff ask in Teams "what did we agree on the indemnity cap" and get the answer with the SharePoint document and page it came from.
Assistant in a portalMore time with donors and programs, less on the writing that surrounds them.
Giving history in Salesforce scores each donor for lapse risk and upgrade potential, with a personal thank-you drafted in Gmail for each gift.
Human-in-the-loopOutcomes tracked in Creator become the numbers and narrative of a grant report first draft in Writer.
Retrieval over your dataQuestions about shifts, eligibility and events answered from your own pages, with sign-ups captured directly.
Assistant in a portalClaims that start themselves, policy questions answered from the actual policy.
Photos, police reports and forms are read into a structured first notice of loss in Creator, with missing items requested automatically.
Document intakePolicyholders ask coverage questions on your portal and get answers from their own documents and your carrier guides, with citations, routed to an agent if unclear.
Retrieval over your documentsPolicies approaching renewal are scored for churn risk and the producer gets a prioritized call list with drafted talking points.
Background automationReply to the lead before the next dealership does, and keep the service bays full.
"Is the blue one still available" gets an accurate drafted SMS reply from your DMS stock data, with financing next steps, for the salesperson to send.
Human-in-the-loopService bookings are scored for no-show risk and reminders escalate from SMS to a call only where the risk is real.
Background automationRepair orders and warranty claims are extracted from PDFs and matched to the vehicle record and the invoice in Books.
Document intakeA ranked shortlist by the time the recruiter sits down.
Every application is scored against the job description with the reasons written out, so the recruiter reviews a shortlist, not a pile.
Human-in-the-loopPersonal outreach is drafted per candidate and interview slots are proposed from the hiring manager's Outlook calendar.
Background automationA client's "we need two welders by Monday" email becomes a structured job order in CRM and Recruit with the details extracted.
Document intakeHVAC, plumbing, electrical, cleaning: more jobs per truck, better notes per job.
Skills, location, parts on the truck and time windows become a suggested schedule. The dispatcher approves, technicians see it in the mobile app and the customer gets the ETA.
Human-in-the-loopA technician's spoken summary becomes a structured job record: work done, parts used, follow-up needed, quote suggested.
Background automationHappy customers get the review request at the right moment; unhappy ones get a call from the office first.
Background automationMonth-end with fewer keystrokes and a clearer view of what changed.
Client receipts and vendor bills are read into QuickBooks Online or Zoho Books with the account coded from history, and the bookkeeper reviews only the uncertain lines.
Document intake"Is this covered in our package" is answered from the engagement letter and your service catalog, with the accountant copied.
Retrieval over your documentsUnusual entries are flagged before close, and the variance commentary for the client report is drafted from the numbers.

Models and where your data goes
We are model-agnostic. Each task is routed to Claude, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI or Zia by what it needs and where your data must stay. The model is a component; the workflow and the guardrails are the product.
Review a 40-page lease against your playbook
Long document, careful draftingRecords stay where they live today. Only the text a task needs goes to the vendor you choose, over its business API and data processing agreement, which we walk through with you and your counsel before anything is connected.
What an AI project looks like
One workflow, one team, one measured result. Then we widen it. Big-bang AI programs are how budgets disappear.
We map the workflow with the people who run it, pick the one use case with the clearest payoff, and write down how we will measure it.
You getA one-page brief: the use case, the baseline and the success metric.
Where the records, documents and history actually live, what is missing, what needs cleaning. Often the most valuable week of the project.
You getA map of your data, a cleaned sample set and a usage cost estimate.
A working version with a small group, on real work, against the baseline. We tune prompts, rules and the review step weekly with your team.
You getA workflow your team uses daily, and the numbers to decide on rollout.
Everyone who does that job, with training, a fallback path and the approval rules agreed. Usually the second use case starts here.
You getTraining, a fallback path and written approval rules.
Quality sampling, cost per call, drift when your products or policies change. Monthly review with the numbers, adjust, repeat.
You getA monthly report on quality, cost and what we changed.
Priced like the rest of our work. Discovery and pilot are fixed scope. Rollout and monitoring run on hourly buckets or a retainer, and model usage is billed by the vendor directly to you, at cost.
See pricingQuestions we get on every call
If yours is not here, it will be a good first question for the discovery call.
Your records stay where they live today: Zoho, Microsoft 365, Salesforce, NetSuite or your own database. Only the text a task needs goes to the model vendor, over their business API under a data processing agreement, with training opt-outs applied where offered. We log every call, minimize what is sent and keep regulated fields inside your own systems by design. You review the vendor terms with your counsel before we connect anything.
Any language model can produce a confident wrong answer, so we do not let it answer from thin air. Answers are grounded in your documents with citations, extraction is validated against rules, and anything customer-facing or costly goes through a person before it leaves. The pilot measures the error rate on your data, and we tune until it is below what you accept today from manual work.
Two parts. Our work, priced as fixed-scope discovery and pilot, then hourly buckets or a retainer for rollout and monitoring, all on the pricing page. And model usage, which the vendor bills you directly and which for most small and mid-size workflows is a small line item compared with the staff time involved. We estimate usage during data readiness so there is no surprise.
No. We work with what you run. Many of our AI projects live in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Shopify or custom software we build, with no Zoho involved. If you are on Zoho, most workflows need one or two apps on their own plans; Zoho One only helps when the workflow crosses several, and Zia features vary by plan, which we check during discovery.
Yes, that is the default. The AI reads from and writes to whatever holds your record of truth: Zoho, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Shopify, Zendesk, Slack, Twilio or an industry system with an API. When nothing fits, we build the missing piece ourselves: a custom portal, a web app, an API or a mobile app.
Products change, policies change, the model vendor ships a new version. We sample outputs every month, track the approve-without-edit rate from your reviewers, re-index documents when they change, and keep an evaluation set of real examples so any prompt or model change is tested before it ships. That is what the monitoring retainer covers.
Only the ones you allow. An agent gets a short list of tools, such as looking up an order, drafting a credit or creating a task, each with limits and a log. Anything that sends money, emails a customer or changes a record you care about waits for a person to approve it. You can see an agent working this way in the AgentWorks AI Ops demo.
Thirty minutes with a developer who has shipped this in production, in Zoho and outside it. Bring the workflow that annoys you most; you leave with a first project, a rough cost and a timeline.

Tell us what your team is doing by hand today. In thirty minutes we can tell you which of these systems is the closest fit, what it would cost and how long it takes.
Service · Any stack · Node.js, n8n, Power Automate, Zoho Flow
The repetitive work runs itself, every time.
Stop spending hours on tasks a machine should do. We automate lead follow-up, invoicing, approvals and data syncs with whatever fits your stack: custom Node.js or Python services, n8n, Make or Power Automate, or Zoho Flow, Blueprints and Deluge when you run on Zoho. Either way, the work happens around the clock, the same way every time, without anyone having to remember it.
Nurturing, reminders and data processing happen overnight and on weekends, not when someone gets to them.
A rule runs the same way on the thousandth record as on the first, which removes the typos and skipped steps that cost money.
Hours of manual admin per week disappear, so the same team handles far more volume without new hires.
Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Shopify, Zoho or an in-house database. We automate around the systems you already pay for.
Bring one manual process to a free call. We will tell you honestly whether it is worth automating and what it would take.
Service · Any stack · React, Node.js, .NET, Zoho Creator
Software shaped to your business, not the other way around.
Off-the-shelf tools stop where your process starts. We design and build complete business applications: internal tools, operations platforms and line-of-business systems. When you need full control, we write them from scratch in React, Next.js and Node.js, Python or .NET on PostgreSQL or SQL Server, hosted on AWS or Azure. When your business already runs on Zoho, we build on Zoho Creator and extend it with custom widgets. You get a straight recommendation, not the platform we happen to prefer.
Custom front ends, APIs and databases when you need full control; Creator's native forms and reports when they are enough. No feature is off the table.
Responsive web apps for desktop, tablet and phone, plus native iOS and Android apps when the field needs them. See mobile app development.
APIs link your app to your CRM, accounting, ERP, payment gateways, IoT devices and any external service.
Role-based access, single sign-on, encryption in transit and at rest, and audit trails, on AWS, Azure or Zoho's infrastructure.
Browse live apps we have built, custom and on Zoho Creator, then tell us what yours needs to do.
Service · Any stack · React, Next.js, Zoho Creator
Give customers, partners and staff their own front door.
A portal lets the people outside your office see their orders, projects, invoices and tickets without emailing someone to ask. We build client portals, partner and vendor portals and employee intranets with secure logins, documents, payments and ticketing. They are custom-built in React and Next.js on your own cloud, or built on Zoho Creator portals when your data already lives in Zoho. Every portal reads and writes to your CRM or ERP, so nobody copies data twice.
Customers check status, download documents and pay invoices at 10 p.m. without calling you.
Every "where are we on this?" becomes a page they can check, so your team gets its day back.
Single sign-on, multi-factor login, role-based access and an audit trail of who saw and changed what.
Your logo, your domain and your design, built to feel like part of your business rather than a vendor's.
A client-facing project portal with milestones, roles and weekly status briefs.
Self-service warranty lookup, product activation and guided claims triage for end customers.
A student portal with course search, registration, checkout and a My Courses area.
A rep-facing portal with payouts, statements and account performance for a sales team.
Tell us who logs in and what they need to see. We will outline the screens, the logins and what it connects to.
Service · iOS and Android · React Native, Flutter, Zoho Creator
Your business in their pocket, even with no signal.
We build iOS and Android apps for field teams, customers and partners in React Native or Flutter, from one codebase for both platforms. They work offline, so technicians keep going in basements and rural sites, and they use the phone properly: push notifications, maps and GPS, camera, barcode scanning and signature capture. Every app connects to your CRM, ERP or custom backend. When your data lives in Zoho and the needs are simpler, Zoho Creator's native mobile apps get you there faster. We handle the App Store and Google Play release as well.
Forms, photos and signatures are saved on the device and sync when the connection returns, without duplicates or lost work.
React Native or Flutter ship to iOS and Android together, so features and fixes land on both at once and cost less to maintain.
Camera, barcode and QR scanning, GPS and maps, push notifications, Face ID or fingerprint login and signature capture.
Jobs, customers and stock come from your CRM or ERP, and every update flows back in real time. No double entry at the office.
Tell us who will use it and where. We will scope the screens, the offline rules and the release plan on the call.
Service · Any stack · React, PostgreSQL, Zoho CRM, Books
One system of record for sales, operations and finance.
Your CRM should run the business, not just store contacts. We build CRM and ERP systems two ways. Fully custom, on React, Node.js and PostgreSQL, shaped around exactly how you sell, deliver and bill. Or on Zoho CRM, Books and Inventory, configured and extended with custom modules, Blueprints, widgets and integrations. Both grow from pipeline management into inventory, purchasing, finance and operations, with one source of truth for every system around them.
Records, fields, layouts, branded interfaces and business logic built to your specification, not a template.
Grow from pipeline management into inventory, purchasing, finance and HR without changing platforms or re-keying data.
The CRM becomes the master record that syncs with QuickBooks, Xero, Shopify, Microsoft 365, the Zoho suite and your other systems.
Deal predictions, lead scoring and follow-up drafts from OpenAI, Claude or Zia, configured for your data.
Already on Salesforce, HubSpot or a spreadsheet? We integrate with it, or migrate you off it. See modernization and migration.
Tell us what your CRM does today, whatever it runs on. We will show you what it could be running for you.
Service · Any stack · REST, webhooks, Node.js, Zoho Flow
Every system you use, sharing one set of facts.
Data silos cost time and create errors. We design and build APIs and integrations between any systems that have one: CRM, ERP, accounting, e-commerce, payments, support desk and databases. That can be custom middleware in Node.js, Python or .NET on AWS or Azure, a managed flow in n8n, Make or Power Automate, or native Zoho connections when both ends live in Zoho. Real-time, two-way and logged, backed by 200+ integrations delivered and 10+ years of Zoho experience.
Live walkthrough, sample data
Pick an event. Every request, response, retry and log line below is what our integrations do in production, replayed with sample data.
Animated example with illustrative sample data. Five events can be replayed: a Shopify order, a Stripe payment, a website lead, an ERP stock update and a Salesforce contact change. Each webhook reaches the integration layer, which verifies its signature, checks the idempotency key, maps the fields and upserts the records into Zoho CRM, Salesforce, QuickBooks or Shopify over OAuth 2.0. Rate-limited calls (HTTP 429) are retried with exponential backoff until they succeed. Slack gets a notification, every call is logged to PostgreSQL, and a delivery log lists each call with its status and latency.
Delivery log Sample data
| System | Call | Status | Time |
|---|
Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks Online, Shopify, Stripe, Zendesk, Microsoft 365, Zoho and in-house databases, in any combination.
Two-way flows that update instantly. No nightly batches, no stale records, no "let me check the other system".
Documented REST APIs and webhooks for your product or partners, with keys, rate limits and a developer portal.
Retry logic, queueing, logging and alerts, so a timeout never turns into lost data.
Plus any external system with an API: ERPs, e-commerce, payments, shipping, databases.
We will map the fields on the call and tell you what a real-time sync involves.
Service · Any stack · Excel, Access, Salesforce, QuickBooks Desktop
Off the old system, without losing a record or a day.
Spreadsheets, Access databases and aging on-premise systems carry years of business logic, and they are holding you back. We move you onto a modern platform: custom-built in React, Node.js or .NET on PostgreSQL or SQL Server in the cloud, or onto Zoho when it fits. We also run platform migrations, such as Salesforce to Zoho, Zoho to a custom system and QuickBooks Desktop to QuickBooks Online. Data is cleaned, mapped and validated, and the cutover is rehearsed so the business never stops.
Every table, attachment and history note is mapped, and record counts are reconciled before and after the move.
Duplicates merged, formats standardized and broken relationships fixed, so the new system starts out trustworthy.
Parallel runs and a rehearsed switch-over, usually over a weekend, with a rollback plan on standby.
Formulas, macros and unwritten rules are documented and rebuilt on purpose, not dropped by accident.
Tell us what you run today and where you want to be. We will outline the mapping, the risks and the cutover plan.
Service · Any stack · HubSpot, Twilio, Zoho Campaigns
Campaigns that run on behavior, not on a calendar.
Move from manual sends to journeys that react to what each contact actually does. We build marketing automation on the platform that fits: the HubSpot account you already have, custom journeys driven by your own data with Twilio for SMS, or Zoho Campaigns and Marketing Automation. Every journey is wired to your CRM, so leads are scored, nurtured and handed to sales at the right moment, with the numbers to prove it.
Email, social, SMS and web campaigns share segments and content, so the story stays consistent wherever a prospect meets you.
Behavioral lead scoring flags the hot prospects and moves the rest through automated sequences until they are ready.
Structured multi-touch outreach in your CRM, so no lead is dropped after the second attempt.
Dashboards that tie campaigns to pipeline and revenue, not just opens and clicks.
Show us your current campaigns and CRM. We will sketch the first journey on the call.
Service · Any stack · Zendesk, React, Twilio, Zoho Desk
Faster answers for customers, fewer tickets for your team.
We build support operations that resolve tickets faster and prevent the repeat ones: as a custom help desk and customer portal in React and Node.js when your process does not fit a template, on the Zendesk account you already run, or on Zoho Desk. Departments, SLAs, automations, AI triage and a branded self-service support center (knowledge base, community and ticket portal) are configured together, so agents resolve tickets faster and customers find answers on their own.
Email, phone, chat, social and web forms land in a single queue with the customer's full history attached.
Searchable articles, FAQs and how-to guides on a support center styled to your brand, open around the clock.
Customers submit tickets, track status and help each other, which cuts volume and builds loyalty.
Auto-routing, escalations and SLA timers, so every ticket has an owner and a clock.
Bring your ticket volume and channels. We will outline the setup and the first ten articles to write.
Service · Any stack · QuickBooks Online, Xero, Stripe, Zoho Books
Quote to cash, without re-typing a number.
We connect finance to the rest of the business so invoices, payments, expenses and reports flow without manual entry. Already on QuickBooks Online or Xero? We integrate and automate it with your CRM, e-commerce and payment systems. Running on Zoho? Zoho Books links natively to CRM, Inventory and Projects. Need something neither offers, such as job costing, commissions or billing rules unique to you? We build it custom on top of your ledger.
QuickBooks Online, Xero or Zoho Books synced two-way with your CRM, e-commerce store and payment processor.
Native links to CRM, Inventory, Projects and Expense. The natural choice for businesses already on Zoho One.
Invoice generation, recurring billing, payment reminders, expense approvals and reconciliation run on a schedule.
Bookkeeping, chart of accounts and bank reconciliation delivered with trusted accounting professionals.
Tell us how an invoice gets created today. We will show you the automated version.
Service · Any stack · Power BI, SQL, Zoho Analytics
Decisions from live numbers, not last month's export.
We build dashboards and automated reports that pull from every source you have: CRM, accounting, support desk, databases and spreadsheets. Power BI when you live in Microsoft 365, Zoho Analytics when you run on Zoho, or custom React dashboards on a PostgreSQL or SQL Server model when the view has to live inside your own product. The result is one place where sales, finance, support and operations data meet, update themselves and land in the right inbox on schedule.
Live walkthrough, sample data
Watch the data land, then use it like the real thing: switch the range, hover or tap any chart and drill into the numbers by region, channel or rep.
Animated example with illustrative sample data. Five sources, a CRM, an ERP, accounting, web analytics and spreadsheets, flow through extract, clean and model steps into a sales dashboard: four KPI tiles, a revenue trend line, revenue by channel, a pipeline funnel, a revenue mix donut and a heat grid of orders by weekday and time, plus three automated insights. The date range buttons switch between 7, 30 and 90 days; Drill down opens tables by region, channel and sales rep.
Sales overviewSample data
The same model can live in Zoho Analytics, Power BI or a custom web dashboard, wherever your team already works.
Pipelines, funnels, margins, utilization and service levels, designed with the people who will use them.
Daily, weekly or monthly PDF and Excel reports delivered automatically. Nobody builds a report by hand again.
CRM, accounting, support, SQL databases, APIs and CSV files joined into a single dataset.
Trend detection, anomalies and forecasts, from Zia or AI models, that surface what a static chart would hide.
Plus REST APIs and CSV imports from any other system.
We will trace where it lives, what it takes to join the sources and what the dashboard would look like.
Service · Advanced Zoho Partner · Zoho One, CRM, Creator, Books
More than 45 applications, one coherent plan.
Zoho One gives you 45+ integrated applications to run the whole business. Without a strategy, most companies use a handful and pay for the rest. As an Advanced Zoho Partner with 10+ years of Zoho experience, we plan, sequence and implement anything from a single app to a full Zoho One rollout, so every app, integration and automation earns its place. When a requirement goes beyond what Zoho does well, we build that piece custom and connect it, instead of forcing it.
Sales, marketing, support, finance, HR and operations planned together, so nothing is set up twice or left out.
Quick wins first, then the deeper transformation, each phase with a fixed scope and budget.
Lead to invoice to ticket to renewal without manual hand-offs between departments.
Role-based training and documentation, so the team actually uses what was built.
And whichever of the remaining Zoho apps your roadmap calls for.
A free call to hear where you are and outline which apps to switch on first.
Service · Any stack · Next.js, React, Zoho Sites
Two ways to build a site. You are looking at one of them.
This website is hand-coded: HTML, CSS and JavaScript, prerendered page by page for search engines, with forms, bookings and CRM lead capture wired in. We offer two approaches: a fully custom build, hand-coded or in Next.js and React, for sites and web apps that need real functionality; and a quick Zoho Sites build when a professional presence on a budget is the goal. We will tell you plainly which one you need.
Prerendered pages, clean URLs, structured data, SSL and a CDN, so search engines and visitors both get speed.
Every form, chat and booking lands in your CRM with its source, so the site feeds the pipeline.
Custom HTML, CSS and JavaScript when the design or logic needs it, not a theme with limits.
Privacy-friendly analytics in place at launch, so you can see what the site does for you.
We will recommend custom or Zoho Sites on the call and show you comparable builds.
Service · Any stack · Twilio, Zoho Voice
Every call logged, every caller recognized.
We build phone systems that live inside your CRM and help desk. With Twilio, we build custom call center software: IVR, queues, click-to-call, recording, transcription and live dashboards wired to any CRM. On Zoho, we deploy Zoho Voice inside CRM, Desk, Recruit and Bigin. Either way your team calls with one click from any record, callers are identified before anyone picks up, and every conversation is logged, recorded and reported automatically.
Dial any contact, lead, deal or ticket from the record itself. No manual dialing, no copying numbers.
Duration, notes, outcome and an optional recording saved to the record for every call, plus AI transcripts and summaries if you want them.
A professional auto-attendant, queues, business hours and rules that send callers to the right team.
Volume, wait times, durations and agent performance in dashboards you can act on.
Tell us how calls are handled today. We will map the numbers, flows and integrations on the call.
Service · Any stack · Claude, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Zia
The right model for each job, inside the systems you already use.
We build AI agents and assistants that do real work: read documents, draft replies, qualify leads, answer questions from your own knowledge and take actions in your systems, with guardrails and human review where it matters. We use Anthropic Claude, OpenAI and Azure OpenAI, plus Zoho's Zia when you run on Zoho, and connect them to your CRM, ERP, help desk, SharePoint or database. The wider picture is on our AI transformation page.
Claude, GPT or Azure OpenAI picked per task, from long-document analysis to drafting and classification, with costs you can predict.
Business API tiers that do not train on your data, and Azure OpenAI when records must stay inside your Microsoft tenant.
Answers drawn from your documents, SharePoint, CRM and tickets, with sources shown, not guesses.
Classification, routing and record updates written back to your systems through APIs and webhooks, with every action logged.
Models are connected through their APIs, with your keys and your data policies.
Bring the task, we will bring the model. On the call we will scope a first agent or assistant you can measure.
Step 1 of 5 · How we work
We understand how your business actually runs before writing a line of code.
Every successful project starts with real discovery. We do not just ask what you want; we look at how work gets done today, find the hidden inefficiencies and surface opportunities you may not have considered. That way the solution addresses root causes, not symptoms.
We trace existing workflows to understand the reason behind every step, and document the tribal knowledge before it is lost.
An audit of your current tech stack, data flows and integration points, so we have a complete blueprint of the system.
Conversations across departments, so the solution serves everyone who will use it, not only management.
We identify the friction points, redundant steps and manual workarounds that cost your team hours every week.
Expect a handful of scheduled sessions with the people who actually do the work, a walkthrough of your current tools and a short list of documents or exports we will ask for. Decision-makers review and sign the requirements at the end of the step.
A free call is the first conversation. Tell us what is slowing you down and we will tell you what discovery would look like.
Step 2 of 5 · How we work
A roadmap with milestones, deliverables and a scope you can hold us to.
Strategy without execution is a wish list. We turn the discovery findings into a precise implementation roadmap that balances quick wins with long-term scalability. The architecture solves today's problems and anticipates tomorrow's growth, so the investment keeps paying back.
System design that picks the right platform for each part (custom code, Zoho or the tools you already own) and plans every integration up front.
Implementation phases sequenced to deliver value early while building toward the complete picture.
Technical debt, scope-creep triggers and change-management challenges identified before they derail the project.
Extensibility is designed in, so today's solution becomes the platform for what comes next.
You review the architecture and roadmap with us, challenge the phasing and confirm the priorities. Nothing moves into build until the scope, milestones and budget are agreed in writing.
Already know what you need? Bring it to a free call and we will sanity-check the plan with you.
Step 3 of 5 · How we work
Certified developers, clean code and progress you can see every week.
Execution is everything. Our developers bring the strategy to life with attention to detail, clean code and best-practice implementation, whether the build is fully custom or on Zoho. We do not just configure software; we engineer systems that automate complexity, eliminate redundancy and speed up your operations.
Senior developers with more than 500 projects behind them, custom and on Zoho. The odds are we have solved your problem before.
Regular demos keep you informed and make sure we are building exactly what was agreed.
Maintainable, documented code your team can understand. No black boxes and no lock-in tactics.
Fast load times, efficient queries and sensible caching from day one, so it feels good to use.
Each sprint ends with a demo of working software, not a status slide. You react, we adjust. Between demos we only need a point of contact who can answer questions quickly so the build never stalls.
Live demos of apps and widgets we have shipped, then a call about yours.
Step 4 of 5 · How we work
We find the problems before your users do.
Good enough is not the standard. Our quality assurance process tests every workflow path, pushes performance limits and refines the solution with real user feedback, so it works properly from day one. No surprises, no workarounds, no excuses.
Every feature checked against the documented requirements: functional, integration and edge-case testing.
Real users validate the solution in a controlled environment, so it solves their daily work, not a hypothetical one.
Load and stress tests under realistic conditions, with optimization where the numbers say so.
Fix, retest, repeat until the issue log is empty and the sign-off is real.
Your team runs the test scripts we prepare, adds the scenarios only they know about and logs what they find. We fix and retest. The step ends when your stakeholders sign off, not when we say it is done.
Burned by a launch before? Tell us what went wrong and how we would prevent it.
Step 5 of 5 · How we work
Go-live is the start of the partnership, not the end of the project.
A successful launch is more than flipping a switch. Your team has to be confident, your data protected and your operations uninterrupted. We provide training, documentation and ongoing support that turns your team into confident power users of the new system, and we stay invested in the results long after deployment.
A carefully sequenced go-live with rollback ready, so the business never skips a beat during the transition.
Role-based sessions with recordings, documentation and a practice environment for hands-on learning.
Priority access to the team that built the system, with agreed response times, so nobody is left waiting.
Regular health checks and proactive recommendations keep the solution performing as your business changes.
Attend the training for your role, name a contact for the hypercare period and tell us what is confusing while it is fresh. After hypercare, most clients keep a monthly retainer so improvements keep shipping; the details are on the pricing page.
Book a free call and we will walk you through the five steps for your project.
